One year later

One year later,  I will be pride to say:

I am already in the management position for more than one year;
I am been a black belt of six sigma and perfect at improvement;
I am an external Auditor of ISO and familiar with related area.

I will be fluent at English, can call meeting, do report and solve problem in English without problem;
I will be fluent in Japanese, will have a good idea of lean and related quality mind.

The more important, I will be have the salary more than 10K per month.This is the target but also the plan.
