The exterior audit is close today.The TS16949 is found two questions ,they are suggestion items.The ISO14001 is found three questions.they are minor.
Luckly, the main question is not mine.The questions distribute production department and management department.
Through the exterior audit I find our company has a lot of things to improve.Normally,everyone thinks their do the best and no problem.But when the exterior teacher auditing, the problem is showed.The reason is everyone has reached a certain degree about the ISO knowledge,and keep the old standard and old thinking and old actions.
The system is running,and all the things need renew and perfect.we need renew our thinking continually.use the PDCA into the ISO14001 and TS16949 and our action working.Make sure all things more perfect.
Every exterior audit I will learn a lot. and my ISO knowledge is more abundant.
