About 4 o'clock pm, Frank told us to poweroff computers and be off duty.

Boss left. Today is Friday. Everyone wants to go home earlier.

After VP going back, everyone can't stay any long. Everyone poweroffs the computer and prepares to go home.

Since they take shuttle buses and  I walk home. So I stay at office room still.

I hear the telephone ringing. But I can't pick it. Because tomorrow is weekend. Who cares what happen?

All colleagues go home. I phone my baby and chat with her a little.

At the end of last month, my boss left for Hongkong. He is working in Hongkong firm. Now we have no any boss.

Everyone doesn't know how to do. We go to work everyday morning as before. While we have no jobs to do.Nobody cares what we do.

It is said that the new boss will come in next week. This week we are free.

I went downstairs and saw a colleague watching a film. A sexy girl was dancing.Then a female colleague came. We had to ask her to avoid seeing it. It is a little porny.

It is unbelievable in forward companys I severed. Now it is true.

The finanical crisis must affect our group. I am not sure what the result will be.

What I can do  is waiting for the new boss coming. I know it will not change anything.

After all, new year is coming. It will give us some hope.

I hope it will be better.

Last day, I saw many metal components rusty.

I told it to the produce line supervisor. Because our firm is small one,The produce line supervisor is charge of warehouse as well.  He asked his guys to maintain them when they were free. Now everyone is free in the firm.

Today I went there and find they never did anything about the parts. They are eating melon seeds.

Since the boss didn't care of it. What can i say?

It sounds unbelievable. But it is true.

Last day, I chatted with my friends.

They told me many firms of textiles industry had bankrupted becasue of the adrupt finanical crisis.

In a small town Wujiang city, Chinese South-East, there are many local private companies who provide parts for texitiles industry. While since the export of textiles are affected by the crisis. Many companies can't achieve sale contracts. The workers in the companies have no jobs to do. The boss is obliged to let them be on holiday.

Many other cities persons have to go home for Chinese New year ahead.

Many local officals worry that it might cause social problems if the crisis could't be conquered after Chinese New Year and if the workers couldn't find any jobs in next spring.

In this company, I don't feel the crisis criticality.

Out of the company,  I feel the problem is big.

One of my classmates, he works in Samsung. He told me he began to be on holiday next two weeks.\

It is very horrible.

Next year, what will happen?

I will have to stay this company for more time. Hibernation is necessary for a man sometime.

Two weeks past, I wrote nothing.  I was boring.

I was boring this company. There was no any active spirit, no business yet.

Everyone was lazy for company businesses.

Boss will go to HK. There will a new boss come here in the end of this month.

I am not sure whether it will change.

New USA president has been elected.

Next year is anticipated.

Chinese economic is slowdown. I am boring. Why when i begin to invest, the componsition drops and drops.

Last week, we received a batch of goods from local supplier. We have not bought anything from the supplier for a long time. The supplier won't do at first and the purchaser is not skilled.  Our firm was forced to buy a batch of goods. In such condition. I hardly control the quality. Even though I knew the products were not qualified enough. I had to accept them. Otherwise we would be lack of the matterials.  Another side, the supplier will put us in trouble. Because we asked them to do. He asked us to pay ASAP.

I feel it is too vexed. QC function has been lost completely.

Does it mean to say I will live like this? I ask myself. I am disappointed for this firm.

I hope the market will be better next year. I can find a suitable job.

Forget this boring job. Let it go to hell.

Yesterday we went to buy some batteries in the electronic market. Since our purchase order demand is not big enough. The forward suppliers won't cooperate with us. In the theory, the supplier we went to yesterday can be called our qualified supper.Because its samples were confirmed by Headquarter. But it is noly a distrubution client.

The purchase gave me cash and purchase order. Since he had other job to do and asked me to help him to buy 60pieces batteries.

I had thought that he had solved all problems and I could obtain goods with the cash directly.

But when I arrived there and the boss saw the purchase order, the boss said the price was acceptable. I was puzzled and asked why. He said because the material price had raised and stocks price had raised. I knew she was blithering.  But I have no other way. We need the batteries urgently.

Why the purchaser didn't confirm the price ? You are right. It is a good question. I am angry at the purchaser.

Later we had to buy the batteries in a higher price.

After being back, we detected the batteries weight was less than old one. I phoned to the batteries manfactory. A manager told me because the matterial had changed. The present weight is less 0.1Kg than the old.The old one is about 0.6Kg.

How can we do? One side we need the batteries urgently. Another side we have paid the cash to the client.

Today  a hunter called me and gave me some information. There is a company recruting a manager.

Our company had a bad  business from it was open. It is said the boss will leave next month. I am sure where the firm will go.  But i have enjoy the position. We hardly had any pressure. Everyday we can do anything except illegal activities. Our boss never cared what we did. On the contrary, he took more pressure if we asked him where we would go. So he was more free.

The hunter told me the recruiting company was a northern European company. The payment is good. The manager should be charge of all factories in local. Because the business was good at recent. The company built another factory more here. Since the business increases. They are recruiting some employees.

I was puzzled of it and asked whether the company business was not affected by USA economic crisis. The hunter, a girl, told me that it was affected a little of course. But it was not critical. Because the business is wide. And she told me to enter the website to have a look. She asked me to send her email if I thought it was ok. 

To be honest, i am not confident enough. Though I wanted to hunt another job at the beginning of this year. Then I logined the company website. It is a Finland company. It is focused on producing aliminium casting products for cellphones, notebooks and automative components.

Through the introduction, I can know it can be called a good company. I am a little afraid I won't pass the interview.

Anyway  I will pass my resume to the girl. No matter what the result is. I think having a opportunity is good.

Yesterday  I watched a film. The film name is 'the sleeping dictionary'.It is about love. But by the film name, you hardly get what it discribes.

You maybe ask what is the sleeping dictionary. It means somebody. Maybe you know what the film shows.

The story happened in Malaysia century ago,when Malaysia was one of English colonial countries. One young english man was arranged to manage and train the local residents there. He can't speak the local language. His boss, who was the top leader, welcomed him coming and sent him a gift, a beautiful local girl. The girl was sleeping dictionary, who could speak local languages and english. She accompanied him to sleep, meanwhile she taught him speaking local languages.

Then the young guy loved the girl time by time. He made a bold decision that he would married the girl. But the decision was strongly against by his boss. To force him to quit the thinking, the boss asked the girl to marry another local residenter and sent the young man back to england. There the young man married with the boss daughter, a english girl. One year later, the married young man returned to the district he charged.

He found the local girl had married and bore a baby. But the baby was obviously his son. Because the baby was a hybrid. So he made another decision again. He asked the local girl to flee the place with him.  But unfortunately, his plan was detected by his boss. Then the boss caught the girl.Then the boss said a secret. The girl was his another daughter with his sleeping dictionary. At the end, he let the girl go.

Those who care for world economic will know finanical crisis of all world econmic.

The worst thing is that the crisis of dummy economic has been transfered to pratical economic and affected pratical economic development.

It is said there is a chinese company brankrupting recently for the sake of the crisis. I have no ideal how long the crisis will last.  But I have been aware the effect is very terrible.Maybe I and my colleagues will lose job in the crisis.

My boss will leave for Hongkong. I have no ideal who will be responsible for the company. No any notice is coming.

Though chinese finanial imarket s more stable than American ones. We still will lose many money in the crisis. In next several years, a common people can't make much money if he invests. I plan in several years I can make some money to pay all the credit . Maybe it is unfinished mission.It will make one unhappy.It is boring. Last year I bought a house. Then this year I have a little spare money to invest. Unfortunately, when I invested, the bear came.  The composition of stock market droped and droped.Holding permanently is a miserable choice. If you ask what the upsettest thing is.I can tell you that it is seeing money shrinking everyday and you can't do anything.

Another side, we have to conquer the crisis.  I hope the crisis can be beaten anyway.It is too boring.

Last day one of my colleagues told me he got a pay raise 10percent when he renewed his contract. It made me unhappy very much.

Because two months ago,when I renewed my contract and talked with my boss about pay raise, my boss told me since the business was not good. All employees wouldn't get pay raise.

But the lie is broken. What will he say?

Since in our company there were three business units. Last year one business unit moved out. Now there are still two business units. One's business is ok. Another business is not good. I am charge of quality of both units. While the guy belongs to the good business unit.

Our products are used in projects. When one project is over, our firm relaxes as well. And when I renewed the contract, there is no a job in firm.But now a new project will phase in.So the guy get a pay raise.But such treatment is so unreasonable.

I am so angry.

Today I heard my boss would leave.

I don't know whether I continue to talk with him. I guess he is unhappy too.

Today I went to pay power fee.It is ok.Power price is still same price.

I heard power price might be up in near future.

In China, though citizens life is better and better, many people have to spend most of salary on payment.Government states it will improve family financial incoming. While the composition of stock is up and down.I guess most common people can't gain from it.

Yesterday  I read a news about issue of Chen shuibing's wife investing stock. The forward Taiwanese No.1 wife invested stock and got a lot of money with her  informations inside.

In mailand there are a lot of officals wives. what's more, the monitors are less transparent than Taiwanese.So there must be more officals wives getting money with this way. Then for us small investors, how can we get money in stock market? It is a problem.

I remember I sent an email to my forward colleague to say happy holiday before National Days.

Then he answered an email and expressed he was taking more pressure in work.

He is a purchaser and at recent his boss changed to a French woman. Then French woman asked them to push suppliers cost down everymonth. Furthermore, since most of their purchase order are exported to USA. With the effect of American econmic crysis, many order are cancelled. The pressure on them is very big. Many partners can't bear and quit. He had to make report to anaylsis the cost of parts and report to his boss of the status costdown.

He told me he missed the past in my company without the trouble.Our company is a small company. We hardly asked suppliers to costdown exept when we would not buy it in local market.No matter in small company or big company,there are always this or that pressure on us.

Today during lunch time, a colleague said she admired to be a travel guide. The guide can offen travel everywhere.Then a guy said a guide might not  think so.

In China, many people don't know what he liked or dislikes. I remember in a report about occupation plan.It mentioned one must find what he likes and dislikes. Then she/he chooses her/his favorite job. She/he will be succeed.In fact, many chinese can't find their favorite job in whole jobs. I am not sure whether I am right. At lest I am like so.So far I don't find it. Most of my national colleagues stated they didn't like what they are charging.

If one do what he dislikes, he would feel more pressure.It is obsolute. Then a good company should do something to help employees to find his like. One of my colleagues said.

National education system should help leading people to find what they like.It will be helpful for education and innovation.Of course it will relax ones pressure.

National Day is first long holiday this year.

As same as before, i went back hometown.

Holiday is busy, and happy. I had to assist my parents to do some farmer working during the days.

I need my parents take care my baby.It can be called a kind of return.

My baby is very lovable.He can say something such as "eating, full, thirsty,bus,..." and can imitate some animous roaring.

But what makes me unhappy is that he doesn't eat foods well. So he looks very thin.

While holiday passes fastly, I have to go back for working. First day  I found the stock compositon dropping fast in first bargain day this month. I am upset again.

I talk a little about milk powder as well.

Though chinese economic is developing fastly at present. There are some foreigners saying chinese products are rubbish.

Sometime we can't bear it and argu with them. After all we are not confident so much.

To host the olympic games, government put much money to control food safety.  I am not sure whether they will continue to do so after the game is over. While the problem happened. Many national brands milk powder are checked NG.

I ever complaint the offical activities were too bureaurcrat.  National monitors are always false.Who can believe bureau inspection?

How will the issue be dealed with? I am puzzled.

I often heard someone drops himself from high building because of failing to invest stock. At that time, I hardly understood it.

Mid Autumn Festival is coming. In the past,I can get some boxes of moon cakes.

But this year it is very peace in my office. Company management members say nothing about the festival except one day break.

It is really a foreign firm. No one cares the festival.

No other meaning, I only want to say, "happy mid autumn festival, everyone".

For the holiday, I will go home and stay with my son.

Today I read a article. A purchaser engineer complaint about her/his responsibility. I have no ideal of her/his gender.

She/he said the IQC engineer always put the responsiblity of supplier quality control in the purchaser department. While she/he thought it was unreasonable. So she/he released so an article for discussing.

As a quality member, I partly agree to her/his opinions. Another side, I guess the opinions must be from a freshman.

Only on the view of responsibility, all corresponding departments should take the responsiblity, not only purchaser department and quality department,I think.

For suppliers quality management, purchaser engineer and QC engineer always are a team. Purchaser engineer charges of commerical matters, and quality engineer charges of quality matters. Of course the relationship between them is not isolated. Since their functions are different, only one department can't deal with all supplier quality management completely. From the view of a enterprise,it needs low price and high quality incoming.

So the responsibilities of suppliers quality control should be taken by all corresponding departments. The point is who is the lead and who is the supporting role? When she/he is the lead?

I like play military chess in my spare time. In the game,four persons are divided 2 groups and two players become a fellowship team.

I like it because the game needs two members cooperation. It needs patient, teamwork,strength and wisdom.

Of couse it is a kind of web game.So the risk is that you have no ideal about your partner.Maybe he will escape when game begins.

Sometimes I am thinking a problem when I play the game. It is very similar to invest.

The practical current condition might be worse. Economic  all of world is sloping down. I am not sure whether it will be a war.I don't like war and i like peace.But  I can't do anything for it. I pray it never happens.

I know some persons hope make money by war. But it is too rude.

After  olympic games, I find i am more free. Everyday  I watch the news and the stock composition. It brings me upset mood instead of suprise. Anyway I don't like war.

Since working time is very free today, I surf on a human resouce web. There I read a article,named 'plan your career'.The writer is a foreignor.I can't remember his name.

I think his article is good, meanwhile it makes me feel more nervouse. The article is intend to instruct someone to play his career. At the beginning, he asks some questions,.The first one is" what skills do you prefer?"  In fact, I am puzzled of it.  I changed several times jobs. And everytime the industries are different. I can't tell what I prefer. And the second question is " what do you like and what do you dislike? It is difficult for me as well.

Every time I changed jobs. I intend mainly to finding a better payment job. Other aspects, I can't think too much.

So after reading it ,I ask myself how to plan my career.

In the past time,I have to work for money .Furthermore  I am doing and will do. I have no time to think what I like. While how to plan my career. It is too miserable.

Planing my career, it is a urgent job front myself. If earning more money, I will think it twice. I hope in 2010 I will be able to think it.
