Complaint is useless.

In working areas, I am boring of  complaint. I always persuade colleagues not to complain for the jobs in working areas. It is not good. It makes your boss boring. It makes other departments colleagues unhappy. It makes partners in same department discouraged. In my areas I am boring of my below partners complaint. Even heaving a sigh,it is not ok.I feel uncomfortable too.

But I sometimes complain. I never complain in working areas.I complain in my blog. Or I write something in my article with complaint. It helps me releasing my pressure and pessimistic emotions.But my principle is no complaint in working areas. I know it is useless of complaint.

Last day I lodged a fund website. There is a word.A rich family,a promising job,you can 't  choose.What can you choose?

It is a advertise for fund. Of couse it is suit for many people. You can't choose a rich father or  a high official mother. You can't choose joining in a promising company. Many people can't choose them yet. What else can you choose? There are a lot of ways you can choose.

Complaint is useless. You can choose other ways instead of complaint.

 

Recently, most of my colleagues worry about no jobs to do.

It is very terrible for the guys to have no jobs to do for a long time.  They are lazy to do something after a long time. Everyone don't know what is the company like in the next year. And me too.

Sometimes man is very strange. If you arrange one many jobs,he will angry at them.And he says it is too busy. But one day nobody arrange your jobs.It is terrible too.

Last day I had a talk with the purchaser.He had same feeling,no jobs to do. He said it was too terrible to stay here. His office is near to the boss. Though he had no jobs to do, he had to stay in front of the computer and pretend to do something. Many guys began to study.

But no jobs to do we are lost. We don't know study what. Maybe someone know what to learn. But he is lazy to do after some time.Because he has no direction.

Purchasers need not contact with the suppliers because we don't have purchaser requirement. Of course the suppliers won't contact with them. It is a waste of time. The purchaser told me most suppliers phoned him and said,"Quit it as soon as possible". Now we have a feeling we live on a lonely island.  We don't know when the saving ships will arrive at here and pick up to the lands.And we don't know when the island will sink in the sea yet.

Of course it is like a peach garden outside society if you don't load a family livelihood. You can enjoy it,retiring at thirties.Hehe.

"For me, it is terrible".The purchaser said. And me too.

 

Yeah. Boss is back from Christmas.

He said hello and happy new year to everyone on Monday meeting. Then over. We are surprised to look at him,nothing else.

How about 2008?And what will we do?

From Spring last year, we were looking forward something changing in our company. The general manager was formally coming at that moment. We had thought he could change the company business to upgrade a high level. At lest he could do something change.

One year past. Our business was in same condition.

We are looking forward his idea. But nothing.

Unfortunately, He told us the goods shipped to KGS were detected many problems in KGS.

I know this week i will be busy.

HR asked every department to provide a performance for 2008 annual party.

It makes me headache. In our depatments there are only three people. But don't let others treat us with bias,I say it is no problem.We have two beautiful girls in our departments.

Back to our office room, I see the two girls.I am discouraged. It is not because the two girls are not beautiful.Actually the girls are indeed beautiful. When i convey the HR calling. The two girls peered me with their corner of eyes. Why every department provides a performance? If we won't provide it, is it ok? I shake my head.  I mean I don't know. My god,how can I know it?

Then they don't say anything and do something with their computer. I continue to ask,how about your singing? One answered she was not good at singing. And another answeres yet.

I know those girls won't do anything for the department. I have to think some way to persuade them to perform. in the annual party. But it is too difficult. I think it is more difficult than asking the suppliers to correct quality issues.

At last, I don't have any ways. I say,pls.

Anyway, you will go to perform. in the annual party. You will form. a team to chorus a song. It is decided no matter what do you think.

Then they don't say anything.

I am not sure the way will work. But I hope it can do.

The girls are hard to control.

2006 spring, i began to think investing some funds.But then regarding buy a second-handed house, so I gave up the plan.

2006 autumn,I joined in another company. Then my wife suggested me to buy a new house with SIP provident fund. So we started to searching a new house which should be cheap enough. At first there was a set of apartment near urban ditricts.Its price was reasonable. Meanwhile one of my classmates thought to buy a set there as well. Base on these points, we decided to wart for the houses open. We waited for six months until it was open.But unfortunately, we couldn't catch the first batch. Then we had to wait for the second batch.

2006,it was a big bull market.I missed the chance of investing funds.

2007,I bought a house at spring.Meanwhile, my wife told me she was pregnant.Then I took care of my wife as well as decorated my house.

2007 september,my baby was born. And I finished decorating my house. But in order to take care of my baby and my wife,I sent them to my hometown and asked my parents to take care of them. Every weekend I went back hometown to see them. Very soon 2007 past. How fat a bull.I missed the chance of investing funds again.

Two big bull market.Two chances were missed.

2008, I guess the stock should be a new bull market.I should do something for it.

We gossiped in lunch break since our boss left for Christmas.

I remember our sale manager mentioned something in society activities.It is a little intresting and reasonable.I share it with friends.

He said oneday he accompanied the friends of his to play in KTV.The friends were parters in business.Before they began playing games.One of the friends of his suggested to invite some Misses to accompany to play together. So one guy asked the Mami to lead some misses in his room.After a while the Mami leaded several girls to the room. And then the girls said hello to them. Then the guy invited the sale manager to choose one Miss to accompany. And the mangager declined several times.But at last he had to choose one miss firstly.So he made a decision to choose one of misses who was uglyest.

Then we asked why you choosed the uglyest one when you could choose firstly.He didn't answer why. While he continued to tell the story.He said the other guys choose more beauiful girls than the first girl. The other guys were very grateful.So they enjoied the night very much.

Sometime I always ask myself. When others ask you to choose firstly. How do you do?

2008 New Year's Day,I was back to Suzhou from Nanjing.

The traffic was very terrible around Suzhou train station.

Firstly,when I started to go out of the station,the ticket checkpoint was jamed by thousands of people.There was only three guys checking tickets.It was too unreasonable. So many people were waiting there.Some people pulled and rushed.It was very disorder.

Then I got out the station.The new station was building.I had to pass a simple bridge to take a bus. When I past through the bridge.I found there were sever kids who were begging there.The kids hold the passengers legs and asked money.The kids are about 4~7 years old.But I knew they had begged there for 2years.I never saw some organization controlled it. Every time I can see some foreignors passed there when they were begging. Suzhou is a beautiful city in TV,other medias,or many peoples' memories.But you must forget it when you saw the phenomenon.

Passing through the bridge,I come to the bus station.I was waiting for the bus. The north-west wind blew on my face.It was very cold. After half an hour,a bus arrived at the station. Many passengers rushed in it.After a while the bus was filled full.And many people can't rush in including me.I had to wait for the next bus. The north-west wind blew heavily and the dirty flied in heaven with it. About after an hour more,there were coming 3 buses.The passengers rushed in the first one. Very soon the first one was filled.Then second,and then the third. The 3 buses were filled fully very soon. While there were some people who couldn't rush in. Fortunately, I rushed the second one this time. Though the bus was filled full.The bus driver said I would set off in 10 minutes. Oh shit,many people cursed. Any way,one felt better in the bus.

Ten minutes later,the bus took us to start off. But the road was jamed terriblely. The bus travelled little and stoped for a while.It spent about half an hour from the original station to the second station. If normal,the time would be 2 minutes. When arrived the station, some people wanted to get up. But the bus was filled completely.One passenger hold the door and ran with the bus. The drived braked the bus heavily immediately.All the passengers falled down towards. The drived abused aloud. "Damn,do you want to go to hell? The bus is full.Please wait for next one." Then the passenger loosed his hand and abused back. But I didn't hear anything. The bus ran forward.

At last I arrived at home about pm 6:30. The 1 hour ride trip spent me 3 hours. Oh,shit.

 

New year is coming,2008.It is a amazing year.

Olympic games will be held in Beijing.It is a wonderful news for every Chinese people.

I believe in new year everything will be fine.Stock will be rising. Salary will be promotion.

May every friends who care me happy new year.

 

 

I wrote it. But it isn't saved.I am very boring.

Those days,I helped my wife to find a new job. I read the new labor law.I find some problem about it.

In the law,there is a clause. When the contract date is full. The enterprise won't sign contract with the employee.The enterprise should pay the employee some money. But the enterprise will sign contract with the employee in same or high level condition.And the employee won't sign the contract again.The enterprise need not pay anything.So I think the same condition is not clear.

For example, my wife company,it is a taiwanese company. The boss is the stingyest one in taiwanese bosses. Furthermore the guy is a law-blinded.He always says I don't care it when you advise him about labor law and corresponding regulations. In the company, many employees quit everyday because the contract date is full. For those employees,they are happy to leave the fucking company even though they don't get any more money. And the company always keep the employees with some shameless ways such as holding the annual awards and postponeing the payment date. In another words,the boss never considers promoteing salary of employees when the contract date is full. But the cost of living is raising fast. For a simple example,we could buy a bottle of oil with 35Yuan last year.But same time this year,I should pay 70Yuan to buy it. While the salary is same, what do you think the condition is same. If you refuse to sign it. Of course you will get nothing.

Sometime the employees have to quit the company because there is no a promising future. So i think a promotion procedure of salary should be released as well. Sometime, the gorverment should pay attention the enterprise carrying out it. It is important. Otherwise, we can't take any advantage.

 

I am sorry.

I can't wirte anything these days. I find my thoght is dull.

Today I saw a article about Shaolin Temple and Dabei Temple.

About shaolin,the writer said they did many business activities.Of course they made a lot of money. Now what they do is taking performance and making money.And they forget what is the point and the point is spreading Buddhism.But they make a lot of money. The celebrity rating is bigger than Dabei Temple.They wear good clothes and live in wonderful hotels.The master of Shaolin Temple fly everywhere and drives gorgeous cars.The Shaolin monks live a leisure life. But another side,they have forgetten studying Buddhism.Some monks suicide because of  vain in head.

Compared to Shaolin temple,Dabei temple lives a pool but honest life. They walk by foot to spread Buddhism and they wear coarse cloth clothes. They are hard studying in Buddhism everyday. The master of Dabei lives with the monks together and they have a very good relationship. They work and study together everyday.  They are trying their best to spread the Buddhism indeed.

After reading the article, I am thinking it. In recent China, many companies are making money like Shaolin Temble.They hope they can use corresponding low price to occupy the market quickly.And they forget to research the new products and develop new technology. They depend on low labor cost in China. Of course many companys made a lot of money. But another side, we can't take pride of our products. Because many of them made in China means low price and bad quality. It sounds miserable.

For Chinese people, it is sad. Some of people are rich firstly. But they destory the resourse and enviroment.

It is really miserable.

Today morning my boss flys back for his Christmas.

Unfortunately, he told me a bad news before he left yesterday afternoon.He told me there was a batch goods we shipped to KGS defection. Because some labels of the goods were peeled off during transportation. It made me unhappy.

I had thought the batch goods would met some problems.Because we hurried to ship them to KGS. What's more,the suppliers were not good at the batch goods. It was first time we shipped goods to KGS.

The box arrived at Switzerland last week. We have shipped in the mid of Octerber. KGS required us to send the goods and they required to get them before 1st December. But now it is postponed 15days. It is not our fault. They released the purchase order at the beginning of September. Then we asked our suppliers to produce them. We have to delivery before Mid of Octerber.In another words, we have only one month. But in one month, we have to release the order to our supplier.Then the supplier need prepare material,arrange producing and shipping to us.The delivery dates are 4weeks.  When we get the materials,we need inspect them.After inspection,we need assembly them. Furthermore,there is a long native vocation. So time is limit for us.

At that time, the purchaser and me went to check the suppliers process everyday. We were eager to the suppliers to produce the products well.And we prevented them making some mistake during process. But not all will comes true.Sometime we had to ask the supplier to rework again and again. Finally, we tried our best to finish the products and assembly. Not all efforts takes good result. We were carefully shipping the goods to KGS and waiting for KGS judgement.

KGS is checking the goods. They say they will finish checking before Christmas and send the test report to us. So it is like a dark cloud on my head.

I'll wait for our boss back scolding after Christmas.It is terrible Christmas.

Yesterday it is a Sunday. I stayed at home and cared of my baby.

My wife and my parents in law were all in home. They begin to talk something about me how to take care of my baby.

My mother in law said John would take care of the baby when the baby was happy,smiling,and sleeping. But when the baby was unhappy,crying,pissing,and shitting,John would leave her.  She said in her accent.I can't understand it. Then my wife explained it to me. I smile at it and above all it is right.

Baby always crys when she is hungry,when she is unhappy,and when she makes her body dirty and feels uncomfortable. Other time she likes sleep. A baby need sleep for 18 hours everyday. So I know what the baby is crying for.I will give her some solution for seperate demanding. Then baby gets what he wants.Of course she is happy.And I always make her sleep.

 

Every month I always spend some time to arrange something on my desk.

I am boring of seeing somebody something disorder on his/her desk. I often went to survey and audit my suppliers.When I saw something disorder on the quality members desk, I would think the quality of the supplier was not good enough.

I think arranging your desk is a basic rule for a employee. The job is not for others but yourself. If you want to enjoy your job,the first thing is to arrange your desk well. I remember something in many native company. When a greener from a college or an university joined the company, the leaders arranged him/her some jobs to do at the beginning. The jobs included clean desk,clean floor,water and etc. Until he/she can do the jobs well,the leaders arranged some real business for them to do.It is a kind of training.

In Chinese saying,how do you arrange a nation if you don't clean one house firstly?It teachs someone to do from the beginning and simple things.Little by little he/she will be a big gun.

Base on 5S, arranging your desk is necessary for quality control. You can make your jobs in order.Base on time management,it will improve your work effiency.

But recently more and more young people don't like arranging their desk. They don't think it is a big deal.Their desk are disorder. It is like a exhibtion desk for all kinds of goods. Especially for a quality member,there are all kinds of goods,including documents,samples,defective parts,package tapes,drawings,emails copy and test tools. The computer is covered by dirty. They seem ignorant and don't care it. Of course some of them are beautiful girls. It is uncredible. What's more,they are boring of others advice.When you tell them to do it, they are very surprised to look at you.You can read from their eyes."It is not a big deal.Why do you care it?"Furthermore,it is my own desk,none of your business.

Maybe my thought is traditional and conservative. But I like it,clean desks and enjoy jobs.

 

 

There is a project  that will leave our company and move to Shanghai. Last day the colleagues in the unit come Company and moved the materials and tools. They have done 2 weeks. So the jobs are not enough.

When they were doing yesterday, the boss,a foreignor  come here. He said to them,"you can go home if you finish them." I helped to translate to the guys.They said"Ok, but we shall have the on-job  meals."" No problem.hehe"The foreignor listened to my interpretting and said with smile on face."If you enjoy lunch,I will treat you to have a dinner in Saturday."He added.

It is a very interesting thing. But in China it is common.Many people can and will work for a company.The cause is just for a lunch.

In Chinese company,at the end of year,the boss always treats his employees to have a full and good meal. The employees will be very happy. They don't care the boss is stingy in other time.

I remember when I was young,my father worked in a private company in my village. When new year was coming,the company distributed some fish to the employees.The employees were very proud in the village and very loyal to the company.Now many companys know about the point. When new year is coming,they invite his employees to have a dinner.Of course many people don't care the food. They enjoy the time when they can stay together to have a talk or enjoy some amusement performance.I think It is a kind of culture.

It is a good way to concentrate employees loyalty and cohesion.

I remember I read a article on internet before long.The article topic is why Chinese can't be crazy for Quality. The article is writen very well.After reading it, I passed it to all my colleagues.I hope they can improve quality concept in the future work. Many people think customer satisfication for a product is good quality including many famous pepole in quality field. In fact,many customer satisfication is forced.They have to be satisfied at the products they bought.Why? If you are not satisfied, what will you do and what can you do? In most conditions,you can do nothing. For example, I bought a computer three years ago.When I got the computer and powered on.I find the noise of CPU is big. I hardly bore it.And I asked the shop to repair it. But at the final, the shop helped me to change another brand fan. The new fan speed is 3400Rpm,and the last fan speed is 4000Rpm.I contacted with the shop many times.The phone fees were spent 100 yuan and travel fees were spent 300 yuan.But at the end,I am boring to deal with it.What I can do? Say shit to the shop and the brand computer.The brand is “Panda“。 Why they can't be crazy for the Quality? Customers and Suppliers. The shop that is big takes advantage of customers who is not rich.It is an old rule.The cost of quality control for a small company maybe more much. Why Chinese can't be crazy for Quality? For traditional culture,quality control cost,or something else? Chinese is famous at cooking in the world.In cooking, Chinese care appearance,smell,taste,meaning,shape,nourishment.They try to do the best food in their heart.So the cooking quality of China is best in the world. Why Chinese can't transfer a little the studying and reserching spirit on producing other products?It is a real problem.

After writing above article, I remember  words from my forward boss.

He said he had knew how to do a good boss more and more. It was about three weeks ago. He and other two forward colleagues visited my new house. When we were drinking and having a talk.He said the words.

I always repect and admire him. Many of his words are classic.He expressed his opinion of how to do a boss. Now he is a adminstration manger in a Taiwanese company.

He said,"it is fool to help a company to save money,especially for Taiwanese and Janpanese companys.You help them to save money,and they use the money to buy weapons.Hehe."Of course here saving money means such fees as cutting empolyees salary and welfare,travelling fees,subsidize fees and bonus, avoiding tax."These money should be paid. You can't save a penny for your boss."

One side, you do like this, the employees say you are good. Because they can get more money,they are active to work.It is a positive recycle.

Second side,you do like this,the local administrators think you are a power guy in the company and good at dealing with administrative activities.So of course they can help and support you in invest policy and corresponding local regulations. When some problems happen,you can deal with them.

And third side,for a company the money is a piece of cake.The boss thinks you can help them solve problems.They can do their own business without those troublesome.

So the money spending is tri-winned.

The emplpyees respect and admire you.The local sdministrators appreciate you. The boss loves you and can't leave you.

How to do a boss well? In this way,of course you are a good boss.

 

Since the company has no much business,many empolyees have no jobs to do during working time.Such a condition has been kept for a long time.In our department,there are two girls,inspectors. They don't know what to do. So they always go to gossip. 

Our boss is a little worry. He always goes down to walk around and have a look what we are doing. Every time he can see the girls gossip with other department girls. Though the boss doesn't say anything,I know he is not happy.

 As  a middle manager, I feel puzzled. I want to find something to let them do and ask them to arrange documents. But after a while they tell me it is finished and hunt others gossip.  In fact,the documents are not arranged in order. I know they won't do them. In another words, I feel the girls are lazy and form. many bad habits in the company. They won't use their head to think how to do their jobs well.You point to here and she do here.You point to there and she do there.They are never active to do something and always wait for orders from the boss. Further worse,they can't do it well even you have told them how to do it.

The girls having nothing to do get together and  gossip until workday is off. Because in the whole company the girls are free. If I let them do something,they gossip and say the boss am false and abnormal. Another hand, to be honest, I find no matter what i do and the result is same. In another word,the perfomance what you do is unmeasurable.

I feel my heart is cold in the company.So I am lazy to ask them to do something.Sometime,I even think it is a foreign company and we are Chinese. Why I help foreignors to trouble these Chinese?

Thinking base on normal work attitude,I know it is not a positive and correct attitude.I always ask myself how to do it correct.

If you were a boss, how would you do?(Note:here boss means a middle manager,not a general manager)

 

Recently there is a person name appearing many medias,it is Xiaozhijun.Xiao rejected to sign his name in hospital operator agreement and wasted 3 times change to save her pregnant wife.Finally, it caused the pregnant wife died and the baby died too. It hears very miserable. But it is true in China.

I am very angry at the son of bitch,Xiao,when I heard it.  Meanwhile I think the hospital and its superior supervision department are murders as well. Why they will obey the rules to kill two people instead of saving two people life. Does the rules let us stand by when the people will go dying? Who is more important, life or rule? In this case, I think the doctors and the leaders are vilainy. Of course, thinking base on rules, they are innocent. They do do according to rules. It is safe for theirselves. In another word, the well-eduacated people standy by to see a pregnent  woman and a unborn baby to die. Why? They are afraid of taking any responsibility.  Life is treasurable for everyone. It maybe be none of your business when other people are in danger. What will you do? Different people have different dealing ways.I think it should be a moral problem.

As a quality operator,we aways meet same problems. For quality control, there are some problems which are not easily found. Sometime your boss says it is ok,the customers can't find it and please delivery it. What will you do?

Of course many quality supervisors will obey the boss and let the batch goods delivery. You have no chioce.Unless you don't want to stay in the company. When there will be some problems,it is not your fault and it is none of your  business.But a small problem maybe cause a big problem. A screw is loose,which maybe cause a plane burning. Who will take the responsibility?

Of course moral standard is not stable.Different people have different one. I think the basic one is that life is top one.If you have different ideal,speak it out.

 

Recently,more and more people buy cars.

It is very convenient for people lives to buy a car.Especially when one has a baby.

I wonder buy a car in next year. But the petrol price is rising and rising. i am afraid I can afford it to use it when I buy it.  What is more, petroleum resource is limit. So the price will be up and it is impossible to be down. The demanding is big and resource is limit. Who can afford using a car in the future.? It is a big problem.

Buying a car is not a big problem for everyone in the future,I guess. I think I will take the drive lesson and get the drive lisence first in next year. About buying a car, I have to wait for a period.
