For quality control,there are many theroies.

I am greener in this field.Though I am worked for 6 years in this field.Now I arrange something in my head and share with the people who are interested in it.

For control of products quality, there are many details industries. I can't list them because my experience is not rich. For control of work quality,I can introduce it in brief. If there are some shortage,I hope the talented friends can correct it.

First. "SWOT" Analysis method.    S is the abbreviation of  Strength; W is the abbreviation of weakness; O is the abbreviation of opportunity; and T is the abbreviation of Threat.

The analsis method can be used in a organization,a department,and a personal job as well.

Second.PDCA Cycle. It is a very classical management method.It can  be used in everywhere,including live,work and study. P means plan. D means do.C means check. A means action.

Third. 5W2H. 5 W means Why,Where,What,When,Who.  2H means How and How much.

Fourth.SMART. S is the abbreviation of specific; M is the abbreviation of measurable;A is the abbreviation of attainable; R is the abbreviation of realistic; T is the abbreviation of timebased.

Fifth.Time managment.  Use a horizontal line and a vertical line to divide a world to 4 parts.Left area is urgent and Up area is important.So the four parts are important tasks, Urgent tasks, unimportant  tasks, unimportant and non-urgent tasks. It is very important for a person to control her/his time.

Sixth.WBS (Abbreviation of Work breakdown structure) One can list all his tasks.And he/she indicates the target of every task and detailed methods to do the work.Just like a very detailed plan.

Seventh. 20% and 80% Principle. It reminds you grasp the importance of one task. Of course it reminds you don't worry if you can't get full mark. In the world 20% people possess 80% wealth. And 80% people lead a common life.

I always tell myself to be modest in everywhere.

In modern time, is modesty still a kind of virtue? Or is it a protection for self especially in a company?

My opinion is tranditional.I keep modesty a kind of virtue.Another hand, i feel it is a kind of protection in a company.

Mr Sun is former President of HP in Mainland.When he retired,he wrote an article about job.It is very instructive.

Many people don't find their directions including myself when they begin to work. Even some pepole can't locate themselves in job when they have worked for a long time,including myself as well. Don't know what I am interested in.

After doing in some industry for a period, one begins to be boring it. Then he hunts another job and leave all resouce in last company including knowledge,technology,partners and colleagues.He begins to work from Zero. It is very tired. Time is passing. He is thirties years old. Where is the direction of work? He doesn't know. At the age,he must raise a child and support parents.The pressure is big indeed.

The article is very good.It reminds us to think  that one should arrange his job and plan it well when he is young.

I suggest young friends would read it.

Today I read many articles.There is an article which makes me think something.

The article is "Rape of human digity",which is from Chinadaily.com.cn.

The article is talking about thoughts and feeling to some matters which happened in recent.First in Henan province,one shop fires some money in air to lure customers. Many passerbys rushed to take the money. Second in Chongqing,Carefour sell some goods in promotion.And many people rushed to purchase.And unfortunately,there are 3 people dead and 31 people injuried in the matter.The wirte thinks the seller rapes of human digity.

In fact in many areas of China,some conditions happen everyday. Many shopps take some way to attact buyers.I guess it is a direction of business.Now it is a market economic period. Every business man goal is pursuing profit.

Of course the people lose the human digity to pursue money.Why?

All man love wealth but a civilized man obtains it through legal means and within moral limits.

The goods prices increase too fast.But the salaries increasing speed of  the people can't reach it. The goverment is rich.But  most people live in a poor condition.And they have to pursue cheaper goods. How to monitor it is important.

Human diity is raped. Who is the raper? Businessman or Governor?

Entering Noverber.Leaves on most of trees fall down in Suzhou.

After finishing SLA parts, we are free. What can I do is surfing on internet from Monday to Firday.

In fact, all colleagues of our company are waiting for Christmas and Spring festival.

I learnt some guys would left after Christmas.Because their contract date is coming.There are no sound of machines working now. It is very silent in workshop.Some guys are hiding in warehouse to play games.I remember I played the game when I was a student. But it is out of date.

Study English is my job everyday. I like reading messages and articles in Chinadaily.com.cn. Some foreignors talk about the feeling in China. You can read what China is like in different eyes.

One of my colleague asked one foreignor from Italy.How about Suzhou? The foreignor answered it was very nice and beautiful. But she asked another questions to my colleague same time. Why all lamps are turned on in night? My colleague didn't  know how to answer it,except for beautifing the city more.

In fact, Suzhou spends a lot of power energy every year.In some season, some areas limit using power energy for lack of power. It is indeed an embarrassed question.

For continual development, why those leaders can't see such a big waste?

My baby is here. My parents in law and my wife are here together.

As a man in the home,I know what I can do is earning more money.

Before  we left for Suzhou,my grandmother told me you should work hard and leave the housework for them to do. Of course  you should be magnanimous and shouldn't be irritable. Everything you should be patient and endurable. And what it is important  to do is taking care of the baby well.I nodded I would do so. I know it is a wise old woman wisdom.

Baby is here. I will work hard. And be happy to do work. it is a proud activity.

Today I get a phone from some company HR.The HR is a girl whose voice is nice.

Firstly she introduces herself and her company to me.But in my office,I feel nervouse and can't get her words clearly.

Then she asks me to introduce myself. in English I know the interview in phone is beginning. To be honest, interview in phone is my weakness. Always I can't express myself well in English. Though I have some experience in interiview in phone. When I begin speak English in phone, I am stuttering. I just speak two sentences and she breaks me.She says in her nice voice.It is ok and I just want to know your pronunciation. I strongly understand my pronunciation is not good. I feel  I will lost an opportunity again.

Of course  I am not afraid. I have a job now.But I know I have to improve my oral English.

It is very boring. I am busy for my job everyday.

Our company is such a company which has been lost for three years. Now whole company employees have no tasks to do in their working time except me and purchasers.Because our headquarter give us activity to do to avoid us no tasks to do. They release some purchase order to us. And we purchase from local suppliers.But they ask us to control quality fulfilling their requirements.And of course the price can't be higher than the purchasing in Switzerland. Do you think it is reasonable. You know the parts are metal parts. And plus transportation fee,the price is required to be lower than Swiss products.

For us, it is impossible mission. But our GM considers it is a activity after all.And it can make us action. So he agree to do it.

You know it is miserable for me. I am responsible for quality control.  To be honest, Chinese quality in mechnical manufacture industry is worse than Swiss. Ask the local suppliers to match Swiss quality requirements, it is too hard. What's more,the purchase order our headquarter released us is not much enough.It is a piece of cake for those famous suppliers. They don't care of it at all.  Most of important, the quality is not from inspection,and it is from process. While the process the suppliers will cooperate with us is rough.  How to do I should?

I am feeling very boring.While other departments such as sales departments,produce departments,and logistic departmens,they have no  tasks to do. But their payments are same. We take such heavy pressure and add so many tasks,but the payments are same as well. It is very unreasonable.

So in such a company, I can't help asking what you are busy for. Could you tell me.

Our company is a swiss one. And our headquarter is in Switzerland.We call it KGS.

And my company is its branch,and we call it KTS.KTS general manager is an English gentleman.He is my boss.

But KTS is not good at business. We can't open Chinese market. And our competitors are beyond us one by one.

No some business,we are no jobs to do in our working time.We have to spend some time on internet,study or amusement.

Headquarter hopes to purchase some materials from China.They think it is cheaper. But it effects KGS some guys benefits. Some guys in KGS don't agree to do so. They give us some purchase order about 5%.So they ask us to control the quality very strictly. And we has to check the materials 100%.

You know few purchase order, and it is hard to ask the supplier to care for their quality control. What's more,there are some history problems. Some suppliers have been waiting for our PO for a long time. So they have known our conditions in details. It is so hard to improve the quality immediately.

I make a assessment about it and tell my boss it is a high risk activity for shipping goods to KGS.But the boss is very happy because he thinks I have known the pressure. He tells me it is important for us to ship to KGS. But you know the benefit shipping to KGS is few. It is hard to resist the risk.

We have the experience to ship goods to KGS. Last time,we send 500 pieces batteryes to KGS, but the goods arrive KGS, they found the batterys couldn't work again because the power is discharged. KGS charges us 100,000RMB. It is all goods payments.

I tell my boss KTS role is like a sandwich.KGS complaints us quality is not good to match their requirements.And the local suppliers say our PO is few and it is impossible for them to add testers and upgrade quality control.

Who has such experience,and could you give me some suggestion?

Baby is 8 months in her body.

It is a very exciting thing.

I dream she will use her small hand to beat me,and use her small foot to kick me.It is very funny.

Though waiting is boring,i feel very happy.

Pursueing money ,the desire is expanding.

Buy lottery,and buy it every time and keep one number.

Waiting is miserable.

I don't know when I can get the money.While I lost some.

It is tired to pursue money.

I want to keep a normal heart.But now it is difficult.Pursueing money,i can't stop my steps.

Man,it is too tired.

I ever read a story about Qing Dynasty.

Nuerhachi,Qing Dynasty first emperor,who ever have the opportunity to occupy Peiking,Ming dynasty capital.

But a wise person told him that it was not good time for him to become emperor.Because he would occupy Peiking and  become emperor.He must know chinese culture.Qing is deferent people from Han people.

From this point,I am thinking.If I get 5 million RMB in lottery.My enviroment around me is changeing.How can i adopt it.And if I get 5 million RMB,how I spend them.

In fact, I don't care what do my colleagues in the working time.

Because our business is not good.In general we have not much things to do.

I hope they can control themselves and don't make any mistake,it is enough.And don't let my boss see they have nothing to do.

But I always was scolded by my boss for they are gossiping with somebody in somewhere.It makes me very angry.When I tell them it.They seem not matter it.

So I begin to arrange them something to do to kill their time and prevent them to gossip.But they think it is not reasonable to arrange something to do for them.

I wonder what can I do when the business is small,even nothing to do.

In the week, I got the document from our supplier in Hongkong.

They fax me a certificate for outgoing quality.

And I take the certificate softcopy and 335RMB to the special devices inspection beareau.Then they ask me to fill a application for inspection and  I fill it and pay 335RMB,including 265RMB for inspection and 60RMB car usage fee.

They tell me they will inspect our folklift on 8th August. And if inspection ok,they will release me the licence.

OK,this problem is over temporary.

Apply a licence for pellet truck.

I am not inside of it.In my forward companys,the job is HR'S. Now our manager asks me to do it.I think it is a little strange.But I still go to do it.

First I ask my forward colleague where I apply for.They tell me I should apply for special devices and plants supivision bureau.

Then I contact the special devices and plants superivison bureau and ask them what documents I need offer and how much I will pay for the application.They tell me I need offer products approve certification and pay 380RMB.

But it is very unfortunate that the truck is bought from Hongkong in 2005.I can't find the documents.Maybe at that time the supplier didn't offer it yet.So I have to consult to the supplier whether they could offer me the doucment again.Because two years passed,many things have been changed.When I phone to Hongkong,one sales person is very kind and ask me to fax the invoice to him and he will check according to the invoice,Then they can apply some documents to me as I requiement. I appreicate him very much.And i fax the invoice to him and phone him to confim he has got the fax.And then they will pass the documents to me.

God bless.I hope I can get the documents in next week.Then I will be able to apply the licence for the truck.

I enter a Europe company.

But I feel strongly that she will fail in China.

She was established 3 three years,including this year.But she has been lossing for three years.Now she can't enter Chinese market yet.I can't believe she can be success in the future if there are not big change in the company.She has poor business.And sometime she can sell one machine in two months.So produce department has no thing to do.And quality department do as well.And purchase department...We all feel boring.We have the experience of working.But now we can't do anything.

I remember when I  resigned my last company,my last boss told me you must think it twice.The small company is not stable and safe.You should know it carefully.But then I have decided to quit the company for the salary was too less in the company.What's more,I thought I have known sth about this company in internet.

But now I realise I don't know her in fact.I think how to know a company before you enter it.

First, you need collect her more information on the internet.Then you can know her products,background,culture, projects,company perspective,financial conditions.If she is a globe company.And you can get above information about her headquarter.But it don't mean her brance plant same.You must know the plant you will enter.

Second,you must know the market of the plant.You should know where is her customers.This point is important.My company now is just in such condition which can't find her market.Headquarter looks down her.And she can't create herself market in China.So she can't develope any more.

Third,you should communicate with her employees.And you will know the company operating.And you know what are the employees opinions about the company.

If you do so,then you can make you decision.

How to work well?

I think there are only one basic policy,creating a good relationship with boss.

First,Respect boss.This boss is your leader.

She/he giudes your directions of your work,and desides your responsibility.No matter how is her/his capability?Only she/he can assess your performance.In other words,she/he says your work is good,and then your work is really good.So first you must respect her/him.

Second,Communicate with your boss.

Make her/him be satisfied with your job.You have to communicate with her/him,and you should know what he/she is thinking.What is the boss requirement.You should realise when the boss is happy and when the boss is unhappy.Note,boss is always right.Even you think you are right,Pleace tell youself,boss is always right .

Third,Support your boss.

If somebody says your boss is not good,and you tell him he is wrong.Carry out the boss orders if you don't accept it.Of course if you don't understand her/his meaning,you can communicate with her/him.But remember it,she/he is always right.

Following this,good luck to you to work well.

For the jobs,do you have any choose?

I mean whether you can choose your job that you like.And reject those jobs you don't like.

I know many people can't choose.Because many people are unemployed.And many graduating students can't find their jobs.

So I find many people work and don't like their work. The only intention of their work is for salary.But they can't give up their job,and they depand on the salary to live.The life is too miserable in China.

I wonder how long will we live like this.And what way can we do change this condition?

昨天,项目的老大让我做一分给他,我搜肠刮肚了一番,写了一分给他,再配了英文,

大意如此:我司提供之产品由本地化的一般性零件,加进口的关键性零件,于本地工厂组装完成,特此证明;

Herein our company proves that our products are assembled in local plant.And key components are imported,while common components are purchased in local suppliers. 

To be quite honest,I don't know what useage it is.Who need it?

我的这个BLOG怎么在家登不上,在公司可以,清高手指点以下;

前天,遇到个事情,本来想回家写下了的,结果回家登不上,只能今天占用工作时间记录下来.

前天即周一,下半时,我误了厂车.

我们的下班时间是5:30,我们的厂车出发时间规定是5:40(不成文).周一那天,特别的忙,邻近下班的时间,项目部的老大,还让我送一份文件给他,回来后我一看时间,5:32分,还行,不过得抓紧,于是我关上空调,电脑,打印机,饮水机,高度规(数字的,吃电池的),一切收拾好后,我赶紧关灯锁门,办公室距离大门口有三道门,距离有30M,我开门关门,再出了大门,门口有个师傅(给总经理开车的那个师傅)对我说,车都走了.我傻了,一看时间5:39.赶紧地拿出电话拨给司机,电话半天才通,"你是谁呀?""我是...""你打错了".嘣,电话断了.我考,怎么回事儿,原来这个电话是前一任司机的,该司机已经不帮我们开车了,现任司机的电话我没有,同事吧,我翻出一个同事的电话打了过去,"喂,Mike,车到哪儿啦?""哈哈,我们已经到斜塘了,你自个儿坐公交车吧!""啊"电话嘟嘟嘟,断了.

TMD,气死我也,为什么不到5:40就走?

没辙,招公交车,我无奈的走到公交站台,离我们厂门口100M,明天得去告那个司机,不到时间就跑.妈的,别人总经理助理,5:45不上车,他也等,老子5:39都赶不上车,奶奶的,天理何在,一辆私家车驶过去了,是另一个同事的.怎么公交车还不来.气直往上冲,不行了.老子气死了.还是想想阿Q,呕心我自己一下.

有什么好生气的,气别人不如想象自己.有本事你也去买辆车,想什么时候走,就什么时候;有本事你也去做总经理,人家师傅还在等着你,跟人家师傅呕什么气,自个儿没本事,你能怨谁?这样一想,气平许多了,公交车来了,今天只好乘它了.

有时想想阿Q,真得挺好.
