产品原产地证明书.Certificate of Origin

其实,不明白这个东东,是个什么玩意儿.派个什么用场;

昨天,项目的老大让我做一分给他,我搜肠刮肚了一番,写了一分给他,再配了英文,

大意如此:我司提供之产品由本地化的一般性零件,加进口的关键性零件,于本地工厂组装完成,特此证明;

Herein our company proves that our products are assembled in local plant.And key components are imported,while common components are purchased in local suppliers.

To be quite honest,I don't know what useage it is.Who need it?

Anybody know it,please give me some information.Thanks
