How will I do?
Our company is a swiss one. And our headquarter is in Switzerland.We call it KGS.
And my company is its branch,and we call it KTS.KTS general manager is an English gentleman.He is my boss.
But KTS is not good at business. We can't open Chinese market. And our competitors are beyond us one by one.
No some business,we are no jobs to do in our working time.We have to spend some time on internet,study or amusement.
Headquarter hopes to purchase some materials from China.They think it is cheaper. But it effects KGS some guys benefits. Some guys in KGS don't agree to do so. They give us some purchase order about 5%.So they ask us to control the quality very strictly. And we has to check the materials 100%.
You know few purchase order, and it is hard to ask the supplier to care for their quality control. What's more,there are some history problems. Some suppliers have been waiting for our PO for a long time. So they have known our conditions in details. It is so hard to improve the quality immediately.
I make a assessment about it and tell my boss it is a high risk activity for shipping goods to KGS.But the boss is very happy because he thinks I have known the pressure. He tells me it is important for us to ship to KGS. But you know the benefit shipping to KGS is few. It is hard to resist the risk.
We have the experience to ship goods to KGS. Last time,we send 500 pieces batteryes to KGS, but the goods arrive KGS, they found the batterys couldn't work again because the power is discharged. KGS charges us 100,000RMB. It is all goods payments.
I tell my boss KTS role is like a sandwich.KGS complaints us quality is not good to match their requirements.And the local suppliers say our PO is few and it is impossible for them to add testers and upgrade quality control.
Who has such experience,and could you give me some suggestion?
