About complaint
I complained my wife company to provident funds management center that it didn't pay provident fund for the employees in December 2007. One day later, the provident funds management center feedbacks me a email.The mail said they would push the campany to pay provident funds soon.
After one month, my wife told me the company didn't pay the provident funds yet. Then I passed a email to the provident funds management center again and asked them how about the pushing matter. Very soon the center feedbacked me and told me not to worry. They were pushing the company and sent a pushing letter to the company.
Then a week later, I asked my wife about it. She told me that the company didn't do anything. What's more,the HR told them provident funds were not compulsory.So the company won't pay it. I was very angry. Shit is the HR.
I complained it to the provident funds management center again. One day later I got a polite feedbacking. The member of center told me to be easy.He had contacted the company responsibler and pushed him to pay it. Then approaching Spring Festival, all people went home. It might be next year,I thought.
After Chinese new year holiday, I asked provident funds management center about the status. A disappointing email was coming. The guy told me they couldn't enter the company for pushing because the company wouldn't let them in. After reading, I couldn't help laughing. What a stupid offical center!
I think my job by the thing. I am a Quality member. Sometime the supplier won't cooperate well, I have no way.But my boss don't care it. The boss always sayed what I hired you to do if the matter was easy to deal with?
Why not there is a guy saying to the offical center?
