1.College or above,major in mechanical or equal
2.More than 5years for quality engineer in stamping or plastic field,supplier quality management experience is perferred,familiar with quality tools
3.Experience for the after sales quality management
4.Understand TS/ISO 16949 and 5 tools
5.Good english in speaking,listening,reading and writing

经验最少要有5年相关的经验,英语四级以上,当然若有相关能力,也可考虑放松英语要求,最起码能发邮件,能用英语沟通

I agree English is just a tool,but if you can not communicate with foreign customer and management in English,you will face a big problem.
