Help---which one is better?

I must compare the difference between two optics measurement euquipments.
Attached images is the collected data.
So which one is better?

    To brightness,the VPT is better than CTL's

    But i don't konw the target's meaning of x axis and y axis,so i have no idea about the first and the second graph.

    It's rather difficult to give an answer at this moment, as we do not know what kind of tests you have done, and how to interpret those data obtained. If we have to make a dicision now based on the information available, the gauge named VPT is preffered, as CTL gives defective measurement data for y-coordinate from time to time (if I interpreted the data correctly) .

    Basically, MSA needs to be done on the two measurement systems. In case of that both measurement systems are good enough based on the MSA, you may want to conduct a trade-off analysis based on which parameters are more important in your measurement and which gauge has a better performance on those parameters.
