质量工程师--苏州工业园区--医疗器械组装工厂

任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree, majored in mechanism or electromechanical.
大学本科，机械或机电一体化专业
2.At least 3 years working experience related Quality in multi national company of mass production;
跨国公司，批量生产型企业质量相关领域3年工作经验
3.Experienced in medical equipment field is preferred.
有医疗器械领域工作经验优先
4.Excellent communication skills
良好的沟通技巧
5.Problem solving skills
问题解决能力
6.Analytical skills
分析技巧
7.Cost awareness
成本意识
8.Team player
良好的团队合作精神
9.Experience on manual wheelchair、bicycle、baby carriage assembly plant is excellent
手动轮椅、自行车、童车等组装工厂经验优先

职位职责：
1.Prepare the instructions for Quality control of in-process inspection and final inspection, testing
准备过程和最终检验和测试的质量控制指示
2.Coach, train, and direct the Quality auditors to improve their capability and skills.
训练、培训和指导质量检验员，提高他们的工作能力和技巧
3.Audit Quality auditors and operators to ensure all the procedures are followed
稽核质量检验员和操作员依照正确的作业指示工作
4.Coordinate with other departments to improve Quality process, procedures and follow up the corrective actions;
与其他部门合作改善制程质量，工序和跟踪纠正措施。
5.Quality audit to ensure all the procedures are followed
质量审核确保所有程序文件得到有效执行
6.Solve the Quality problems during daily productions and in-process inspection.
解决日常的生产和过程检验中发现的质量问题。
7.Carry out quality control plan for the component and product throughout the production process.
对生产中的材料或成品制订质量检验标准
8.Collect and analysis the daily Quality data
统计分析日常质量数据
9.Calibration and control of testers and measurements to guarantee all the testers and measurement are available for their measuring and testing.
量具和测试设备的校验和管理，确保所有量具和测试设备满足测试需求。
10.Handle with the customers complaints
处理客户投诉

    英语要求良好，email,report, windows and software are all English edition, international conference-call if necessary
    BTW,公司提供竞争力的晋升机会，英语将成为一重要指标

    我现在的工作职掌和你要求的差不多,
    不过我们这个是小厂100多人
    标准制定  人员安排 培训  体系推行维护 仪器管理 异常处理(制程客诉)

    非常类似，本公司目前，170余人，现因新项目导入，另租一厂房，另聘相关人员加入，
    日后发展前景较好

    After being reviewed by SQE manager, you would be determined whether would be called for interview.
    The requirements of SQE are more higher, need at least 5-year work experience and strong technology of weldment.

    I'm interested in the SQE position , I studied Industrial Engineering in University ,and learned weldment then  . But I only have two years work experience and now working in Electronic factory. Anyway I have sent my reseum to you ,just have a try !

    I'm sorry to tell you that I don't take charge of SQE section. And our current SQEs own at least 5 year work experience.
