what's over-adjustment(过度调节)? can you illustrate some examples in real operation?

    Over-adjustment is the setup of limits against measurements (Upper limit, Lower limit, Upper attention limit, Lower atttention limit, etc) and the implementation of corrective actions/procedures when the measurement get beyond the limits.
