元器件仓库储存问题

我们的元器件 静电敏感元器件和无要求静电防护的（如变压器、电容）放在一个库房里。
现在碰到问题，静电敏感元器件要求湿度》50%RH，而其他的元器件是要求越干越好，

在SJ/T10533-94静电技术要求中4.2.5.1中防静电的工作区的环境相对湿度以不低于50%为宜。
以上“防静电的工作区”是什么概念，在工作台上还是库房全部区域，

    EPA (ESD Protected Area)
    An EPA is to be constructed in accordance with the requirements described in Chapter 8 table 2, so that there is minimal risk of damage to ESDS from electrostatic fields and/or discharges. The boundaries of a permanent EPA are to be defined and properly marked. No material used or activity performed with an EPA shall cause  damage to ESDS.

    Typical EPAs includ:
    Incomming of goods, Fieldwork area, Storage facility, Laboratory, Manufacturing, Service location, Testing, Delivery.
