哪个老师教的这种方法?
样件太少了,而且零件间变差很小,是0!用两个几乎一样的样件每个人每件测7次,方法问题很大,即使是只想分析设备变差,测7次还是可以的,但是样件太少了,而且还给覆盖公差范围。一般手册推荐的是10件3人每人每件测3次,当然要根据具体情况选择,但是没发现过你的这种实验方法。
