主要职责：
1）Assist the supervisor to coordinate with other functions in planning and implementing quality programs
2）Participate in establishing quality policies that ensure compliance at the lowest possible cost
3）Reviews external complaints for the purpose of developing appropriate quality policies and standards for designated areas
4）Executes quality programs that lead to improvements in quality, costs and overall efficiency
5）Advises management on the overall quality standard of products
6）Gives quality policies trainings to related staff
基本要求：
1）A minimum college degree or equivalent
2）Minimum 1 year working experience on quality system maintaining
3）Be familiar with ISO and QS 16949
4）Effective communicator with all levels in the organization and with external party.
5）Be a professional, maintaining high standard and discipline in their work.

    I have not found any requirement of English skill.
    Only the requirement is written in English.
    I don't think there is any special English on written English and oral English.

    正确的应该是ISO/TS16949,QS9000早已不用了

    i feel i have met your requirement , but how much you can give me every month? i have many experiences on the quality system operation, and i have 13years work experiences ,and now my salary monthly is over 4k,and there have other welfare.

    伟世通大茂好像以前是台湾企业，后来伟世通注入股份。管理还是台湾人，就是一台湾性质的企业。
