招聘质量经理

Report to：
General Manager

Purpose：
Provide oversight and energy for the development of quality programs, systems, and methods related to the manufacture of new and existing products.

Responsibility：
·        Work with the Production Manager to oversee the development of new quality systems appropriately for our manufacturing environment.
·        Manage daily quality issues related to production, incoming inspection, and supplier ratings.
·        Conduct supplier qualification procedures, first article inspections, and quality audits of suppliers.
·        Use internal quality audits to ensure every department is adhering to good quality practices.
·        Oversee the document control and change processes.
·        Orderly maintaining quality records.
·        Deal with all issues related to UL’s Follow-Up Service.
·        Manage instrument calibration.

Requirement：
·        3 or more years experience in quality management and administration.
·        At least 5 years experience as an engineer or working in quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
·        Strong background in electronics manufacturing.
·        Good familiarity in lean manufacturing, SPC, and quality administration.
·        Must have strong ability to read and speak English.
·        Possessing a Passport and capable of foreign travel is a plus.
·        Knowledge with ISO9001 and 6 sigma is a plus.

Skill and ability needed：
·        Able to learn new ideas and technology, and quickly adapt these ideas in a practical way to the factory situation.
·        Able to express one's thoughts and ideas clearly through speech and written media, effectively training others on proper methods and procedures
·        Manage a variety of tasks simultaneously (multitask)
·        Expert in the use of spreadsheet (excel) and word processing programs.
·        Work as part of a team, and strive for good personal relationships with co-workers
·        Unafraid to confront and /or retain one's opinion in spite of opposition


汇报对象：
总经理

目的：
建立和改进新产品和当前产品生产相关的质量管理程序、系统、方法。

责任：
·        和生产经理一起根据公司生产情况对新质量系统进行适当的监督管理。
·        管理每日与生产、来料检验和供应商质量相关事项。
·        主导供应商资格评审、首件检查和供应商审核。
·        进行内部审核确保各部门遵守质量要求。
·        监督公司文件控制和修改流程。
·        有序地维护各类质量记录。
·        处理与UL跟踪检查相关所有事项。
·        管理量具检定。

要求：
·        3年以上质量管理经验；
·        至少五年工程师经验或在生产制造业质量保证工作经验。
·        较强的电子产品生产背景。
·        精通精益生产、SPC和质量管理。
·        必须有很强的英语听说能力。
·        能进行海外出差者优先。
·        了解ISO9001和6 sigma知识者优先。

需求技巧和能力：
·        能够学习新知识和技术并很快应用到当前工厂情况。
·        能够通过演说和文字明确地表达个人观点和想法，并使用恰当的方法有效地对其他人进
          行培训。
·        同时管理不同类型的工作
·        能精通使用Microsoft excel、word软件。
·        团队合作，并和同事保持良好关系
·        不惧面对反对意见并坚守自己观点。
