| Responsibility： | 1.Build up, maintain and update database for various activities and reports; 2.Update and maintain complaint/claim on the CatsWeb database. 3.Manage Documentation Center, and ensure the right distribution, withdrawal and updating all management system (ISO14001, ISO/TS16949, etc.) documents; 4.Support the Quality Organization in releasing and maintaining all certification issues (per ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, etc  5.Will be a lead auditor for ISO/TS16949 certification of the Quality Organization. 6.Providing know-how of software applications to all Quality staff. 7.Handling day-to-day problems and other tasks as assigned by Quality Manager. 8.Coordinate with the Quality Manager in weekly and monthly reporting documents. 9.Completes other related duties as assigned by the manager. |
Notes: 由于本人即将离职, 故急招新的QS Engineer代替我

三个前提要求:
1. 该岗位直接汇报给Quality Manager (美国人,不会说中文), 因此要求应聘者英文较好(不要求非常流利, 日常工作交流没问题即可), 英语不行的或者满口Chinglish就不要投简历了, 不然以后日常工作和老板沟通会成问题.
2. 熟悉TS, 有较为丰富的TS审核经验 (从策划内审,执行,到管理评审到通过外审等流程)
最后关于薪资: 据我估计薪资范围应该在5~8K之间, 具体取决于你的工作年限,当前薪资和能力等因素 (最终以HR决定为准)
3. 最好是目前已经在苏州工作的人, 这样来面试方便也能尽快on board
