Try to transfer the data into Z-score. Then calculate the UCL/LCL/CL.
When you plot data points in the control chart established, make sure they are transfered to Z too.
For example,
You use a machine to make the diameter for a serial products which have variated diameters, say productA diameter=100mm, product B dia=120mm ...
WHen you produce prodct A, collect data and transfer them to Z; when producing product B, collect data and transfer them to Z, and so on...
Use all these Z to calculate LCL/UCL/CL,and establish the control chart.
When you go to product X, okey, just collect the data and do the transfer.and use the transfered Z to plot in the chart to see if the process(your machine in this case) is in control.
Remember, SPC is for process control not for product control

半小时重点控制法意即结合生产批量时行最小十个时间控制点,如果总共才生产4个小时则以二十分钟为一个观测记录点,如果要生产5个小时以上,则以半小时为一个观测记录点,再看它的趋势图状况下面就与管制图的状况相关,有偏出控制线即引起注意,如七点连续偏出控制线则需重点观注;同时抓住会影响产品特性或功能的关键点来作结合控制。
另就是极端控制法,本人以做注塑为主,例一模8穴产品,其中找出里面最大和最小的,然后控制最大最小不要继续偏出即表示其它的都在此最大最小范围内之稳定状况,此法用在半小时重点控制法里的一个小技巧。
其中有很多各相关单位和人员全力默契配合的地方,因此需先教育好员工,特别是现场技术和管理人员。

现在我是这么做的
1.测量收集数据
2.绘直方图,大致定一个USL、LSL,测出CPK值,确定出UCL,LCL,CL
3.反馈,检查数据,找出特殊原因和普通原因
4.剔去变差,重新计算Cpk,和UCL,LCL
5.标准化
6.持续改进
这是我认为的大致流程,但是我对第二步不是很确定,在没有USL、LSL的情况下,如何进行确定?
